Day 9- Wed, 3rd Sept 08

Woa… I’m super shag now! We just returned home from all the shopping at Han Kou. It rained again!:( Damn irritating as the rain kept falling into my eyes and I kept stepping into the puddles of dirty water:(. It was really cold throughout as well. It made shopping hard but as we were determined ppl, nth could deter us away from shopping! HAHA.

We went to eat at 必胜客(Pizza Hut) for lunch. We realized that all the fast foods in Wuhan were among the more expensive places to dine in. Sigh…. Pizza hut was even without all the service charge and taxes. Probably if you convert the price to SGD, it is a little less but considering that the daily expenses of Wuhan is really not high, it is expensive!

Yu Xuan then brought us to the whole sales area. I expected a “pasar malam” style where owners are only divided by the stuffs they sell.( that was what I saw when I was in Thailand) I was greeted by a shopping centre instead:S Hmmm.. it was not our cup of tea to be honest. Anyway, the indoor air quality there is really bad as we could smell the strong smell of paint as we walk. We left the area very quickly after scanning through the 1-3rd floors. So far, I have yet to see an elevator in a shopping mall:S WHY?

I bought an Adidas Jacket which was really cheap! 184RMB! (36 SGD) It is at the Adidas discount shop where the goods are probably a little defective or old. Mine is nice still k! Love it though I cannot wear it since they only have the L size:(.

I don’t understand why they have to do commercials for hospitals. They have the advertisements on the buses as well. Some of female’s health and some of diseases. They are quite open about it eh? But it doesn’t feels comfortable seeing all this advertisements to me.
I miss my family, boyfriend and friends!! :O Now it’s the 11th day already! Left with 34 days:)

Looking forward to seeing all of them.
